I am a french Clinical Psychologist and Integrative Psychotherapist. I work face to face in a room, outside walking in nature, or else with zoom. I work in French an in English. I use a lot Lifespan Integration Therapy, that is really efficient with trauma, complex trauma and a lot of other issues. It helps integrate all the events of our lives as being past, and complexifies the perception we have of them, which helps us to be more realistic and settled. it also helps to integrate that knowledge in our behaviours and thoughts, in other words, it helps to get rid of coping mechanisms that have become maladaptive.
I have my private practice since 2020.
I am a Psychologist an integrative Psychotherapist that draws on humanistic, systemic and narrative therapies, as well as attachment theory.
I make an extensive use of Lifespan Integration Therapy, which is an effective technique to help freeing people from the influence of difficult life experiences on their current behaviors, thoughts and coping mechanisms, some of which were appropriate strategies at a given time but have become maladaptive. It helps people to integrate all the events in their lives as being past and not to be tiggered by them anymore. This allows them to complexify their perception of their life, get more perspective and flexibility.
I have also been very interested in Bessel Van Der Kolk and Peter Levine's approach to trauma, Gabor Mate's interpretation of addiction and chronic illness, as well as Stephen Porges' Polyvagal Theory, which I studied with Deb Dana.
I am a fully qualified Clinical Psychologist and Psychotherapist in France. (My Adeli number as an attached document) I have a Master's in Clinical Psychology with the University of Paris 8 (Diploma attached).
I am also a Lifespan Integration Therapy practitioner (Trauma therapy). This Therapycan help with any issues, but especially with trauma, PTSD and complex trauma. I have a level 2.
