I started talking with Fathima after some changes in my life. I had tried therapy previously but had struggled to find a therapist that suited me. Fathima understood what I was looking for and was extremely helpful from the beginning. Her sessions are well structured, she allows you to speak openly and gives very helpful insights and advice. I feel a lot more at ease and confident in myself since starting with her, and would definitely recommend her to anyone!
I found Fathima fantastic. I have had positive and negative experiences in the past with therapists, so when I decided to take on therapy again I was little apprehensive of how things would go, but she was brilliant. She brings great discipline but empathy to her sessions; really putting manners on my input and the expectations of myself. She has a wonderful temperament and is very professional. Her methods are so structured and sensical, that I looked forward to our sessions and completing the subsequent homework. I can't recommend her enough.
" I went to see Fathima Jan 2022 for a year, I found her so kind and attentive ,she gave me the space to work through a lot of issues and anxieties ,and at the time my mam passed away she helped with my grieving process, Fathima helped me develop the tools I needed in dealing with difficult situations in realationships etc , thanks so much Fathima "
